Mina has many years of success in running her own Cafes, Bistros and Restaurants. Mina’s North African, Spanish and French background is demonstrated in the fire and passion she brings to her food. Her current menu consists of regular Bistro Meals, for example Rump or T-Bone Steak served with Chips and Salad, Chicken or Veal Parmigiana, Spanish, French and Italian inspired dishes, as well as Vegetarian meals.
